Weekend exploits helps Butali retain lead

National Men hockey league defending Champions Butali Warriors extended their lead at the league summit after their double wins over the weekend collecting six points in their matches at the City Park.
The Champions beat Parkroad 3-0 on Saturday before registering resounding victory on Sunday with a 6-1 win over Western Jaguars.

In the men’s league matches played on Friday, Sikh Union Nairobi beat Nakuru 4 - 1 Nakuru, Parklands lost 0-1 to Western Jaguars, Strathmore University beat Mvita 1-0 while MSC dished out a walkover to KCA University. 
In Saturday’s men league matches, MSC dished out another walkover this time to Nakuru, Western Jaguars beat Mvita 3-2, Butali beat Parkroad 3-1 before Wazalendo thrashed Parklands 6-1.
Men Nationals, Ladies league 
On Sunday, Mvita saw off Nakuru 3-0, Kenya Police edged out Green
Sharks 2-1 while Buali Warriors 6-1 win over Western Jaguars was the biggest win on Sunday.
In the Men Nationals, UON lost 1-4 to Thika Rovers, Parkroad Tigers saw off Wazalendo Youth 1-0 while Chase Sailors brushed aside Karate 3-0.
 In the ladies Premier League action, Vikings and Strathmore played out to a one-all draw.
