You get an equivalent in value of what you give

What you receive is a reward of the value you gave. It means, the more value you give, the more the reward. Through what you are planting you can anticipate the outcome or results. You can’t plant maize and expect mangoes or rather you can’t plant low grade oranges and expect hi breed oranges. ‘Like’ gives birth to ‘like’. 

With any action there is a reaction that is equal and opposite. Meaning you gave the action but the reaction will bounce back at you. Knowing this will help you know what you will give from what your expectations are. Whatever you do at work, school or ministry, add enormous value to
it. If it is song writing, farming, dancing, business, management, leadership or even cooking, add great value to it and that alone will set you apart from the average Joe. 

If it is work, do it to the best of your ability, do more research on ways to improve your performance, handle clients with more care than the rest. Read more and be more considerate than the others around. This shall set you apart and ready for promotion, advancing and better returns than you are getting now. Consider this as one of your most important steps to the top in your career, finances, ministry, family and education.
