One of the most challenging things to do is to trust God in the hard times. You may wonder why, cause logically it is meant to be the best time to get close to God (i am not saying that you draw closer to Him when trouble comes but at all times after all we do owe Him our lives). But at times it is difficult to trust God especially when it looks like He is silent and nothing seems to be moving and neither does it make sense but when we finally take a look back and notice that He wasn't silent He was listening to us rumble and He has been working as always.
When it looks like He is silent we should trust Him as He is demolishing the old and prepare to bring in the new you.
Trust in Him and His ways being satisfied that whatever He is working on will come to pass.
