David Owino Signs Two Year Deal with Zesco United

It is now clear that David Owino 'Calabar' is moving to Zesco united after signing a two year contract with the Zambian side.

Calabar who was Gor Mahia's and is Harambee stars defender says that he is happy to join Zesco United being two time champions in the Zambian league adding that he likes playing with champions.

Confirming the Move on their website, Zesco united did not hide their pleassure to sign Calabar to their squad and how they will be glad by his services.Calabar who was officially received by the club will now be playing on jersey number 15.

Owino's departure from Gor Mahia is forcing his former club and KPL champions to look for a replacement with newly signed Liberian Dirkir Glay from Thika United most likely to fill his position.

On arrival to the new team, Calabar is expected to make his first appearance in the pitch on Friday when his new team will be playing Mbabane Swallows of Swaziland in the Africa champions league.
