What you must do if you havent lost yours!
It is no longer stress replacing your ID card but please if you still have yours still, ensure you have copies kept safely just in case. Leave them somewhere safe you might need them someday. Nobody is safe, you never know when you will be the victim.

Steps to replace your ID
Now that you have lost your ID and you don't have your copy, you might have to find where you have used it before. Maybe college or application and go get it. It is tricky without. If it has been stolen or you dropped it somewhere unsafe please report to the nearest police so as to be safe incase it is used in crime.

1. Go with the photocopy to the D.O. or chief's office and you will be given a form. Or they will fill it for you. But you sign it alone.

2. Your finger prints will be taken

3. A photo of you will be taken

4. You will be issued a waiting card.

No shilling is payable. It takes a few minutes depending on how many are applying. And it takes atleast 35days to receive your ID back.
